Hey, I'm Adam. Welcome to my personal site, where I write about Mars colonization. A Mars colony is a political, sociological, and military project, and it allows us to put the greatest of our kind in an inspiring, sufficiently remote place to pursue radically optimized deep science, focusing on the fundamental physics of rocket engines, life support systems, and governance, with these people's lives depending on making these discoveries and advancements. We need to be pushed beyond our limits to make leaps.
Thus, a Mars colony will become an economic powerhouse that supplies medical technology, transportation, and political philosophy to Earth, to the benefit of us all.
A great question to ask at this moment is: Would I personally go to Mars?
Yes, I would; together with my family, I'd like to go and live there early on in colonization efforts while helping with day-to-day operations of the colony.
This thought really took shape in 2021 (and probably as early as the 2010s, when I was reading sci-fi novels), after witnessing with my own eyes the Ngorongoro caldera in mainland Tanzania at dawn.
The scene had every property of the biblical Eden. It was beyond magnificent and deeply spiritual.
That day I felt that it is our moral obligation to whatever force brought us there to inhabit millions of worlds throughout the galaxies and bring life and Edens there.
I will probably die making barely the first step. If I am lucky and hardworking enough, I might create a company that supplies a Mars colony with the needed infrastructure. I might one day visit the colony myself too. And I hope my kids will continue this mission if they, too, feel inspired by it.
